By placing a reservation or pre-order (“Pre-Order”) with KikFin Group Inc. (“KikFin,” “we,” or “us”), you acknowledge and agree to the following global terms. These terms apply regardless of your country of residence, except where local mandatory consumer-protection laws provide additional rights.

1. Nature of Pre-Order

A Pre-Order reserves the opportunity to purchase a KikFin product when it becomes available.
A Pre-Order is not a final purchase agreement, and:

• Product specifications and features may change,
  
• Pricing may change prior to launch,
  
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
  

KikFin may update product descriptions and features as development progresses.

2. Reservation Deposit

To reserve a KikFin product, you must pay a refundable reservation deposit:

• KikFin Shark Jetpack: USD $1,000, securing up to 25% off the launch-day price.
  
• KikFin Fly Jetpack: USD $500, securing up to 25% off the launch-day price.
  

Your reservation provides:

• Access to the lowest launch-day pricing
  
• Priority delivery
  
• VIP-only communication and updates
  

Taxes, duties, VAT, customs fees, and shipping charges are not included in the reservation deposit.

3. Refund Window

Your reservation deposit is fully refundable:

• Anytime before the crowdfunding launch, and
  
• Within 48 hours after the launch date
  

After this period, reservation deposits become non-refundable, unless local mandatory consumer law provides additional cancellation rights.

4. Crowdfunding Launch & Delivery Timeline

• Estimated crowdfunding launch (Kickstarter or Indiegogo): March 2026
  
• Estimated delivery window: Q4 2026
  
• Priority delivery may begin as early as Q3 2026, depending on production capacity and logistics
  

All dates are estimates only.
Actual delivery timing may vary due to manufacturing schedules, regulatory approvals, supply chain conditions, shipping constraints, or other unforeseen factors.

KikFin is not responsible for delays and is not required to offer compensation or refunds due to revised timelines, except as required by applicable law.

5. Priority & Availability

Reservations are fulfilled in the order they are received. A valid reservation provides:

• Priority purchase access
  
• Priority shipping
  
• Access to exclusive VIP launch rewards
  

A reservation does not guarantee a specific configuration, shipment date, or availability in all regions.

6. Completing Your Purchase

On launch day, you will receive a private Secret Perk link to claim your reserved discount.
To complete your purchase, you must:

1. Follow the private link
   
2. Complete the transaction on the crowdfunding platform
   
3. Provide accurate payment and shipping information
   

Failure to complete the purchase may result in the forfeiture of your reservation benefits.

7. Customer Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal, billing, and shipping information provided is accurate and kept up to date.

KikFin is not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect or outdated customer information.

8. Safety & Compliance

Use of KikFin products may require completing a standard liability waiver and following safety instructions.
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations related to water-propulsion devices.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, trademarks, technology, and related materials remain the exclusive property of KikFin Group Inc.
A reservation does not grant ownership or license rights of any kind.

10. Force Majeure

KikFin is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, regulatory issues, or geopolitical events.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms apply globally.
Unless otherwise required by the mandatory laws of your country, disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws and dispute-resolution procedures of the jurisdiction in which KikFin is incorporated.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully effective.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full and complete agreement regarding Pre-Orders.
KikFin may update these Terms before launch. Continued participation after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
